➜ Masks are required for all students and staff. All Replay staff and students must wear a mask at all times in the rehearsal room, even while singing. Exceptions may be made for drinking water.
➜ Social distancing will be practiced as much as possible.
➜ Hand sanitizer (which will be readily available) and hand washing will be encouraged.
➜ Replay staff will make sure that all microphones, guitar & bass amp knobs, keyboards and drum set rims are wiped down and sanitized before use by a new band.
➜ Replay students are expected to bring their own instruments for every rehearsal. Guitar & bass players must bring guitar/bass, picks and cables. Drummers must bring a pair of sticks. Keyboardists and singers do not need to bring anything, though singers are encouraged to bring their own microphone if they have one.
➜ Please stay home if you experience any of the following symptoms in the 24 hours prior to a rehearsal (taken from the CDC):
• Fever or chills
• Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
• Muscle or body aches
• New loss of taste or smell
• Sore throat
• Congestion or runny nose
• Nausea or vomiting
➜ Contact the Program Director to notify us of any illness at email@example.com.
➜ If a child shows symptoms of illness during the session, they will be isolated with a vaccinated staff member until the child can be picked up by parent or guardian.
➜ Replay staff are all fully vaccinated but will also stay home if experiencing any of these symptoms. We will do our best to provide a substitute teacher in these situations.
➜ In the event that a student has become exposed and needs to quarantine, please notify the Program Director or Band Coach at your earliest convenience. Based on what is possible given the specific situation, we will keep him/her/they engaged with the band either virtually during the rehearsal and/or virtually with the teacher at another scheduled time.
Please note, in-person class may be canceled at any time if local COVID-19 cases rise and we feel it would not be safe for our staff and students.
These guidelines are subject to change at any time.
