➜ Masks are required to be worn by campers and staff at all times with limited exceptions.
➜ Social distancing will be practiced as much as possible. There will be times when teachers need to be close to campers to help them learn and to provide individual instruction. Some activities may bring campers (within the same group) closer than 6 feet at times.
➜ Hand sanitizer (which will be readily available) and hand washing will be encouraged throughout the day.
➜ Campers will remain in pods, or bands, with the exception of some outdoor interaction during lunch.
➜ Cleaning and sanitizing of supplies, equipment and program areas will be practiced.
➜ Temperature checks will be done each morning for staff and participants.
➜ If you or your child are feeling ill, or are showing any signs of COVID symptoms, or have had physical contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 within a 2 week period, DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD TO CAMP! Contact the Camp Director to notify us of any illness at email@example.com.
➜ If a child shows symptoms of illness during the camp day, they will be isolated with a vaccinated staff member until the child can be picked up by parent or guardian.
Please note, in-person camp may be canceled at any time up until and during the camp week if local COVID-19 cases rise and we feel it would not be safe for our staff and campers.
These guidelines are subject to change at any time.
